Updating compaq laptop bios
I don't want to brick my laptop by incorrectly updating the BIOS. I pressed Fn Esc and this is what System Information showed me: Capture.

A third party BIOS flashing tool isn't necessarily you want to go looking for.
There are just too many unknowns and jacking up your BIOS means your laptop is now a heavy paperweight.
Leave the disk in the drive and restart the computer.
When the computer restarts, it will open the "Download Page" from the floppy drive.
